- Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds are provided for completed SEO work, advertising management, consulting hours, or any digital marketing services already delivered.
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable processing or administrative fees.
- Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks for valid completed services may be disputed by Trignite Services LLC with supporting documentation.
