Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely access to necessary accounts and data. Delays in client feedback may impact performance results. Payment Terms: All fees are processed through Stripe or designated providers. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice or as per the scheduled billing cycle. Project Timelines: We strive to meet all estimated deadlines, however, digital marketing outcomes are subject to platform shifts and algorithmic changes beyond our control. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients retain rights to final deliverables, while Trignite Services LLC retains rights to its proprietary tools and internal methodologies. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
Liability and Governance Protocols
Limitation of Liability: Trignite Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust our offerings or these terms at any time with notice.
